Cookie Policy

How Food Growth Pulse uses cookies and similar technologies, what each one does, and the choices you have.

This Cookie Policy explains how Food Growth Pulse (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit foodgrowthpulse.com. It covers what these technologies are, why we use them, and how you can control them. Read it together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more broadly.

01

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to give site owners reporting information about how their site is used.

Cookies set by the website owner are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by other parties are called third-party cookies. Third-party cookies enable features or functionality provided by other companies — such as analytics, session recording, and payment processing — to work on or through our site.

We also use similar technologies that behave like cookies, including local storage, pixels, and tags. Where this policy refers to cookies, it includes these technologies.

02

How We Use Cookies

We use cookies for four purposes:

  • Strictly necessary — required for our site and platform tools to function, including signing you in, keeping your session secure, and protecting our forms from spam and automated abuse. These cannot be switched off through our site.
  • Analytics — help us understand how visitors find and use the site, which pages perform, and where people get stuck. This data is reported in aggregate.
  • Behavioral and session analytics — record how visitors interact with individual pages, such as scrolling, clicks, and form engagement, so we can identify usability problems and fix them.
  • Functional and third-party — enable features delivered by other providers, such as booking a call or processing a payment.

We do not use cookies to serve you targeted advertising on other websites, and we do not sell the information collected through cookies.

Third-party providers occasionally rename cookies or change how long they last. We review this list periodically and update it when something changes.

04

Third-Party Providers

The providers that set cookies or receive data through our site are:

  • Google — Analytics (GA4) and reCAPTCHA. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Contentsquare — behavioral and session analytics. See Contentsquare’s privacy policy.
  • Stripe — payment processing when you purchase a subscription. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
  • Calendly — scheduling when you book a call. Opening the booking page takes you off our site, and Calendly’s own cookie and privacy policies apply. See Calendly’s privacy policy.
  • Our hosting, database, email delivery, and AI providers — these process data on our behalf to run the platform and send you your results. They do not set advertising cookies on our site.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers.

05

How to Control Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or delete cookies that are already stored. Here is how to manage cookies in the most common browsers:

Blocking all cookies may affect how our site works. Our contact, audit, and assessment forms rely on reCAPTCHA, and the platform tools rely on session cookies, so blocking cookies may prevent those from working.

You can also opt out of individual analytics providers directly:

Browser Do Not Track signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry, and our site does not currently respond to them. If you would like to opt out of analytics, please use the browser controls or the provider opt-outs listed above.

06

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the cookies we use change, or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies.
